That’s the service we got from Xennia and her son Bernie. Why so special? Because they went up and beyond to help us finding and closing our house. We worked with a national lender and there were hic-ups when it came to find an appraiser and there were some comms issues between the lender and the title company. I had spent several months communicating with Dirck via E-mail, text and phone while my husband and I were preparing to sale our home in Pagosa Springs, CO and buy a home in Tucson.
